It's possible that during the last three (3) years, you developed either hemorrhoids or a tear in or around your mucous membrane. There's also a possibility that you developed what is called a "rectal fissure." A "fissure" is a rectal tear which needs to be examined by a physician immediately to make sure it doesn't develop into a greater problem. Unfortunately, this may prevent you from having sexual intercourse for awhile. Please keep me updated.
