Your name alone [Confused DL Nigga] creates so much tension in my mind. But I won't focus so much on your tag as I will the underlying issues here. I wouldn't be of service to you if I simply directed you to possible places to find guys on the "DL!" That's not going to happen today!
The "DL" life or lifestyle is steeped in secrecy and often dishonesty. There is a difference between being private and going out of your way to be sneaky and deceptive. I fully understand the desire to keep people [who aren't in your immediate circle] out of your personal affairs. That's fine. But you can hide to the point where [mentally and emotionally] you start hiding from yourself. That's the danger of the whole "DL" life.
People [in general] need to stop focusing on casual sexual encounters and start learning to do things that don't involve sex. If sex is your motivation to meet people, don't bother. You won't do anything but add to the confusion and frustration which follows meaningless sex! Focus more on building good CHARACTER and less on sex and sexuality. Figure out where you are in life and where you're going before you bring another person into your space [for sex or otherwise]. That's all I can offer to help you on your journey!
